A Productive guide for phone addicts 2021

Latest update.

Are you always on your phone?

Do you not get things done as at when due ?
Are you searching for a way the money you spend on data can boost your career, earn you money or at least be a platform for self development?

The first thing you should know is that most people are always on their phones, the difference is what they channel their energy into.

The second thing you should bear in mind is that you are unique. What may count as productive to me may not be to you. So I'll try to list various interests before explaining a few ways I've learnt to be productive mobile.

Interests
Spirituality ( Religion, meditation, study)
Career
Finance
Self development
Fashion
Etc.

Before I began writing this article, I felt what I had to offer was a lot but as I continued I realized that the topic is a lot broader than I thought. I'm confident that this piece would inspire you or possibly be the life changing information you need to put your life together.

As dangerous as phones are they are also quite powerful.

Here's a Dami Yorin Quote:
"If you must use a phone you must learn to wield it least it overpowers you".

The first thing to do:
Download a "To do" app
I personally recommend
1. Habit Tracker
2. Colout note
3. Tusk
If you need a guideline on how to maximize this apps ,write a comment .

SPIRITUALITY

Religion:

1.In your To do App you can create a reminder for your time with your religion so you can be consistent and accountable.
2. Create a playlist for concentration . Now this is very simple but it works like magic. I recommend using an ear piece for focus.
3. Download messages and books . Don't forget to create time for this in your daily planner.

4. Download meditation apps:
When you're exposed to so many information at once like we all are on our phones focusing on one thing at a time. Processing a thought into an idea needs calm and focus. So I strongly recommend this for all phone addicts. There are Christian meditation apps too.
If you think I'm using up your storage you can download one meditation song and set a time to meditate. Sometimes intentionally plan on the thoughts you want to process

5. Optional (bible devotional apps)

Quote: If e easy do am now

(As simple as this steps are, they can mold a person's lifestyle.)
