1. Negative outlook

2. Lack of confidence

3. Inability to express your needs

4.  Focus on your weaknesses
Excessive feelings of shame, depression, or anxiety

How to improve your self esteem 

1. Do something creative 

2. Acquire a new skill

3. Get over the past and move on (take time out to heal from the past).
4. Forgive yourself and stop being too hard on yourself.
5. Stop worrying about what other people think.

6. Stay away from people who make you feel bad about yourself.

7. How you dress.
 Sometimes, we get Low self esteem from the reflection of what others think of us. Now if you're dressing terribly the reflection of what everyone thinks of us will be a bad image. So staying away from people who make you feel bad doesn't mean you should stay away from people who make you better. 

8.  Write out your principles and values and examine the correlation with your lifestyle.
